While this Beltway ‘ruling class’ is being swept away, there remains the urgent need for a replacement infrastructure – new forums to debate and educate on the most pressing national security issues.

He received a BA from George Washington University in International Affairs, with a concentration in the history of the Cold War. Brad advised US Army units in Iraq on information operations as part of more than a decade’s involvements in America’s wars. His work has received formal commendations from the 30th Heavy Brigade, the 2nd Brigade, 1st Armored Division, the 3rd Infantry Division and the 1st Cavalry Division. Dr. Patty holds his PhD in philosophy from the University of Georgia, and a Masters in history from Armstrong in Savannah.
