No one should mourn the end of the corrupt and evil regime that has been the leading sponsor of terrorism in the world, the largest problem for peace in the Middle East and a horrible steward of the riches and potential of the country of Iran. The Iran Deal is a symptom, the Mullahs are the disease.
Tough times in Tehran

The tide is turning against the Mullah’s regime in Iran. US Secretary of State Pompeo just visited Saudi Arabia and Israel and both are on board with an ad hoc counter Iran coalition. The Israelis took out a lot of Iranian hardware, a couple of hundred missiles by some reports and IRGC personnel in Syria with a strike yesterday. And now the Israeli Prime Minister tells us Iran has been flagrantly violating the Iran Deal.

President Trump has proposed withdrawing American forces from Syria. This plan outlines a way to implement this by creating an international protectorate and rebuilding force for the parts of Syria not controlled by the Assad regime upon the defeat of ISIS.

There is a new round of negotiations underway about Iran’s nuclear weapons program. This effort is in response to President Trump’s statements in January about major flaws in the deal which must be addressed before the next certification and sanctions waiver deadline on May 12. These negotiations are not to amend the JCPOA deal itself, but to create new follow on agreements with Britain, France and Germany (E3).
